Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: You can view our Sizing Chart here. We recommend measuring yourself and checking the fit notes to ensure the perfect fit as you may differ in Calabash sizing.

Q: Are your swimsuits true to size?
A: All of our pieces are true to size, but fit may vary by style. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your hip or bust measurement, depending on whether you prefer more coverage or more support. Most of our styles have a bit of stretch and flexibility, so fit often comes down to personal preference.If you need extra help, feel free to Contact Us directly before placing your order so we can guide you best. 

Q: Can I request custom sizing or adjustments?
A: At this time, we offer varied sizing for all our designs. However, with that, we do not offer adjustments or tailoring due to sanitation reasons.  


Handmade & Materials

Q: Are all your pieces really handmade?
A: Yes, every Calabash piece is made with care and attention to detail. Some items are sewn by me personally, while others are produced in small batches with trusted partners who help bring my designs to life. Whether it's handmade by me or made in collaboration with skilled professionals, every piece is created with the same love, quality, and intention.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Our collections are released in small batches, so once something sells out, there may be a short wait before it's restocked. We always share restock updates on our social media, but to avoid missing out, we recommend grabbing your favorites as soon as they drop. 


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship throughout The Bahamas (Nassau & The Family Islands). We will begin international shipping in June 2025. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Please allow 2–7 business days for processing. Some items are ready to ship and may go out right away, while others are made or finished by hand and require a little more time. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you're working with a tight deadline, feel free to reach out. In some cases, we may be able to offer a rush option for an additional fee.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please double check our sizing chart and product details before placing your order. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help before you purchase, just reach out!


Care Instructions

Q: How do I care for my swimwear?
A: Hand wash separate in cold water with mild soap, lay flat to dry, and avoid harsh chemicals, heat, and wringing to maintain longevity. This will ensure your piece remains perfect for a lifetime.

Q: Can I order a custom swimsuit?
A: At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. As part of our rebrand, we’ve shifted our focus to ready made designs featured in our collections. Each piece is thoughtfully created to reflect the true essence of Calabash Resort: bold, timeless, and effortlessly stylish. We’d love to see you rocking one of our signature styles instead!

Q: Do you accept bulk orders?
